CNC Aluminum UAV Pitot Static Pressure Manifold for Flight Air Data Systems

This custom CNC machined pressure manifold is designed for fixed wing UAV air data systems used during mapping missions, flight testing and airspeed measurement. Separate internal passages connect the pitot and static pressure lines to the specified sensor ports, helping maintain the intended pressure inputs for the flight instrumentation system.
Aluminum provides a lightweight option for airborne instrumentation components. Internal channels, thread specifications and sealing interfaces must be designed around the selected pressure sensor, tubing and operating pressure range.
Before production, confirm the pressure port layout, thread standard, channel separation, mounting footprint and required leak test conditions. The finished manifold should be checked for port alignment and unintended cross leakage between pressure passages according to the system requirements.
