Latest company news about Inside Shiye Hardware's 60-Machine CNC Facility: How Precision Aluminium Parts Are Made at Scale

Precision aluminium components are only as good as the machine shop that makes them

At Dongguan Shiye Hardware Technology Co., Ltd. (Shiye Hardware), CNC machining is not an outsourced afterthought — it is the core of an integrated, in-house manufacturing process built around a machine park of 60 units. Because we control everything from rough milling to final metrology under one roof, our customers gain a real technological and logistical advantage: tighter tolerances, shorter lead times and consistent quality across every batch. Below we explain how our equipment list translates directly into better aluminium parts for your project.

How our machine park improves the precision and durability of aluminium components

Aluminium is lightweight and naturally corrosion-resistant, but its real-world performance depends on how precisely it is machined. A controlled, well-equipped machine park is what separates a part that fits first time from one that creates assembly problems thousands of units later.

Tolerances held to 0.005 mm — in house

Our 50 CNC machining centres hold tolerances of 0.005–0.02 mm on standard 3-axis and 4-axis work, tightening to 0.005–0.01 mm on our larger T6, T10 and T12 platforms. That level of accuracy means mating surfaces, bearing bores and sealing faces fit the first time — cutting rework, scrap and costly field failures.

Consistency that survives mass production

With 50 machining centres in the fleet — including 30 units of the T6 class alone — we can dedicate capacity to a single programme and keep cycle times and quality stable across high volumes. Series production no longer depends on one machine or one operator, so the thousandth part is produced to the same specification as the prototype.

Multi-axis machining: 3, 4 and 5-axis capability under one roof

Our fleet is deliberately mixed across axis configurations so that every geometry is produced the most economical way — from simple 3-axis work, through 4-axis indexed machining with rotary tables, to simultaneous 5-axis (3+2) machining of complex aluminium and stainless-steel parts.

That flexibility is essential for the demanding industries we serve:

  • Aerospace-grade drone frames and structural housings
  • Robot joints and complex multi-face linkages
  • Medical device components and fluidics
  • Telecom housings and liquid-cooling fittings

Because the fleet includes equipment delivered as far back as 2015 and as recently as 2026, the mix of proven, high-volume T6 machines and the latest 5-axis platforms gives us both stability and cutting-edge capability.

Turning, finishing, traceability and testing — all under one roof

Precision does not stop at milling. Our 36 and 46 CNC lathes with live tooling (power heads) let us complete turn-and-mill features in a single set-up, improving concentricity and reducing handling. After machining, parts move through in-house finishing — including anodising, which protects the aluminium surface from oxidation and abrasion while delivering the colour and appearance demanded by consumer and electronic products.

Every batch is verified in our own metrology lab:

  • 3D CMM (0.002 mm) for full dimensional inspection of critical features
  • 2.5D optical projector for fast profile and edge checks
  • Salt-spray testing to validate corrosion performance
  • Laser marking for permanent part traceability and lot identification

What this means for your project

  • Tight tolerances, guaranteed — down to 0.005 mm on standard work and 0.002 mm inspection resolution.
  • True series production — 50 machining centres keep large volumes on schedule.
  • Complex geometry handled — 3, 4 and 5-axis and live-tool turning for hard-to-make parts.
  • One partner, less risk — machining, finishing and inspection never leave the building.
  • Proven quality system — ISO 9001-certified, with 80–90% of output exported worldwide.

Whether you need a single prototype or a long-running production programme, Shiye Hardware has the machines, the metrology and the experience to deliver aluminium and stainless-steel components that perform.
