CNC Brass Liquid Cooling Bulkhead Hose Adapter for Data Center Cooling Systems

This custom CNC machined brass bulkhead hose adapter is designed for liquid cooling enclosures, coolant distribution panels and industrial cooling equipment. In a data center liquid cooling cabinet, the fitting passes through a mounting panel to connect an internal coolant line with an external service hose. Its body length, threaded mounting section, connection opening and installation shoulder can be customized according to the enclosure structure and required hose interface.

Brass offers good machinability and useful corrosion resistance for many precision fluid connection components. The brass grade and any surface treatment should be selected according to coolant composition, operating environment, pressure requirements and the materials used elsewhere in the cooling loop. The sealing method, thread standard, mating connection and required internal passage diameter should be confirmed before production.

Before manufacturing, confirm the panel thickness, thread specification, connection geometry, sealing structure and critical dimensions on the engineering drawing. Mechanical inspection should verify thread fit, mounting shoulder position, sealing surface geometry and internal passage dimensions. Pressure integrity and leak performance must be evaluated using the assembled liquid cooling system's specified test procedure.
