CNC Brass RF Cavity Filter Tuning Plunger for Wireless Communication Equipment

This custom CNC machined brass tuning plunger is designed for adjustable RF cavity filters and duplexers used in wireless communication equipment. Its turned tip enters a defined position within the resonant cavity, where changes in insertion depth can influence the filter's resonant response.
Brass offers good machinability and electrical conductivity for precision RF hardware. The alloy and any plating requirements should be selected according to the electrical interface, corrosion environment and RF design.
Before production, confirm the cavity drawing, thread specification, adjustment range, tuning tip geometry and required insertion depth. Mechanical inspection should verify the shaft diameters, thread fit and tip profile; final RF response must be evaluated in the assembled filter using the equipment design's specified test procedure.
