Product Description

This custom 5052 aluminum battery tray is designed to support removable battery modules inside industrial AGV/AMR chassis, where the tray must align with chassis mounting rails and keep the battery secure during repeated movement and servicing.
The folded sidewalls help contain the module footprint, while the mounting slots provide adjustment during installation. The drawing should define battery dimensions, total loaded weight, fastener locations, cable-exit clearance and access needed for battery removal.
5052 aluminum offers good formability and corrosion resistance for this type of sheet-metal support. Sheet thickness, reinforcement and fastening details should be selected according to the battery mass, vibration environment and chassis design.
