We machine precision aluminum turned parts in round and cylindrical geometries - shafts, pins, bushings, standoffs, spacers and custom turned components - for automation equipment and industrial machinery. Every piece is produced from certified aluminum bar stock on CNC turning centers, then deburred, inspected and finished to your drawing.
Product Overview
Our CNC turning and milling workshop produces cylindrical aluminum components in a wide range of sizes. Turning, milling and drilling operations are combined on 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines, so features such as flats, cross holes, keyways and slots can be machined accurately while holding concentricity between all diameters.
Whether your project calls for a single prototype shaft or recurring batches of thousands of standoffs, we scale the run to fit. Bar stock is traceable to material certificates, and each part is verified against your drawing before it leaves the workshop.
Our engineers check every drawing before production and give practical feedback on thread forms, tolerances and material grade, so you get parts that assemble correctly the first time.

Manufacturing Excellence
Production runs under an ISO9001:2015 quality management system in our China-based facility. Turning centers are calibrated on a scheduled basis, and critical diameters, threads and concentricity are verified with calibrated gauges and measuring instruments during and after machining. Inspection reports can be provided with every shipment upon request.
